Medium Density Overlay (MDO)
Murphy MDO Form is the backbone of Murphy's concrete form family. This panel features a patch free hardwood veneer under the MDO overlay face to ensure a smooth, durable and consistent matte concrete finish. Murphy MDO Form is the premium choice for a superior MDO matte finish.

- The select hardwood face veneer has no surface patches, no knots and a fine wood grain to minimize grain transfer ensuring a uniform concrete appearance.
- Panel substrate is manufactured from Douglas Fir veneer to provide superior strength, rigidity and dimensional stability.
- Factory applied chemically reactive release agent ensures easy release from concrete minimizing concrete build up.
- Edge sealed to resist water absorption and improve performance.

B-B Premium Plyform
Murphy B-B Premium Form is a natural wood surface panel manufactured for demanding projects where the superior surface uniformity and higher reuse of MDO are not required. Any knots in the grade faces are repaired, splits are filled and the panel is then sanded smooth on each side.
